“Due to clenching and grinding of my teeth while sleeping, some of teeth were beginning to break off. There was also a sloping of the right side of my jaw. Dr. Siman suggested a full mouth restoration that would correct my bite.

The process was clearly outlined to me, and I had the feeling that that AI was in competent hands.

I was amazed at the skill and surety of Dr. Siman as he went through the procedures. Dr. Siman did in 2 sessions what many dentists do in 4 or 7 visits.

“Before I came to see Dr. Siman I had visited other well-known cosmetic dentists around the Los Angeles area. Having a full mouth reconstruction was a major financial investment on my part, so it was very important that I did my research. The hard part about making the decision was that you kind of have to commit all the way through once you made the decision. And it was hard for me to decide based on just a few visits with the doctor. When I first sit down with Dr. Siman to go over my treatment plan, he asked me one very important question, which was the key point in my decision. He said, “Kim, how do you feel about me so far? It is important that you are comfortable with me and that you can talk to me.” After he said that, I just came right out and talked about my concerns, my problems, with the work, money and everything. Dr. Siman is flexible and very professional. He was wiling to work with me based on my financial position. I am not one of his celebrity clients but he treats me like one.

“The Maryland dentist who has treated me for 43 years and persistently struggled with my periodontal problems told me I would soon lose all of my teeth due to bone loss. It frightened me, but the only remedy suggested was a “deep cleaning”. In addition to my gum problems, I also had several crowns, two cracked metal fillings in need of replacement and a missing top molar for which I had a “Maryland” bridge that would not stay attached…so I went without.

I accompanied my daughter to the Los Angeles area to care for her while she had a dental procedure done at Dr. Siman’s Millennium Dental Spa. A year ago she had visited the area and seen several dentists from Rodeo Drive to Beverly Hills. Dr. Siman had given her the best analysis and explanations of the work needed to be done and she was putting herself in his care.

As I waited in the pleasant surroundings, I had some conversations with Dr. Siman’s amenable staff. I told them my dentist’s grim prospects for my teeth and they suggested I have Dr. Siman give a second opinion.

Dr. Siman took x-rays, examined my teeth and told me I had plenty of bone to support my teeth; I just needed some adjustments and alterations. When I saw the pictures of the surfaces of my teeth I was shocked. My metal fillings had “leaked” into the rest of each tooth, and the teeth appeared black. The tooth next to my bridge had no bone support and was seriously infected. All of my other teeth had small cracks and were chipped or worn down from grinding. The work Dr. Siman proposed would correct all of the above, solve my periodontal problem, save my teeth and realign my bite to disable any tendency I have to grind. I was stunned.

Dr. Siman and his staff were compassionate about my financial situation and worked with me to find a positive solution. I committed to have the work done.

The work began the next morning and within hours I left Millenium Dental Spa with an entirely new look and an entirely new outlook about my dental future. I teased Dr. Siman when he began that I expected him to take 10 years off my age/appearance, but I was joking.
